About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager - Integrations to build and improve our partner ecosystem. PriceLabs integrates with over 150+ partners and is looking to grow further in years to come.
This individual will work closely with our engineering team, support team and partners to ensure that we are maintaining high-quality integrations.

This individual will work closely with our engineering team, support team and partners to ensure that we are maintaining high-quality integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help partners understand our APIs and support their integration efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including API guides and use cases.
- Address and escalate technical issues promptly.
- Maintain and enhance data quality and completeness across integrations to ensure our platform supports advanced analytics and decision-making.
- Run certification programs for new integrations and enhancements.
- Educate Sales and Support teams on new integrations and updates.
- Setup monitoring and regularly tracking the performance of existing integration
About You:
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, managing technical projects and working with partners.
- Proficient in APIs and integration processes, with a strong understanding of engineering workflows.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- High attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in documentation and project execution.
