About the Role:
This role will be a part of the Rental Scale-Up, a short-term rental media outlet powered by PriceLabs.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated WordPress Content Specialist. This role involves creating engaging content and optimizing our WordPress website. The ideal candidate is a passionate writer with a deep understanding of SEO and the WordPress platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write original, engaging, and SEO-friendly content tailored to our audience's needs.
- Optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Improve existing WordPress themes to maintain a consistent and appealing brand image.
- Utilize SEO plugins effectively to increase content visibility on search engines.
- Manage all aspects of WordPress publishing, including posting content, managing categories, scheduling posts, etc.
- Implement effective interlinking strategies to improve site navigation and SEO.
- Use Elementor proficiently to design visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
About You:
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience as a WordPress Content Specialist.
- Passion for writing and the ability to write every day.
- Extensive professional content writing experience.
- A strong understanding of SEO and how to implement SEO strategies in WordPress.
- Advanced user of WordPress with experience in website management and customization.
- Familiarity with the editorial process and the ability to work with editors without taking feedback personally.
- Proficiency in English (Native or bilingual).
- Belief in over-communication rather than under-communication.
- Extensive experience using a variety of WordPress plugins and themes.
