About the Role:
As a Junior Program Manager Intern, you will drive and manage the execution of localization projects, collaborating closely with external translators, and internal content and product teams to ensure continuous and timely delivery of high-quality localized content. You will help optimize workflows, test localized content, and ensure proper resource allocation.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and get their hands dirty to help scale a growing business.

Work hours: 8 hours a day
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of translation needs and assign tasks to internal/external translators, following up on deadlines and quality of work.
- Consistently monitor and translate updates/changes to existing content.
- Diligently maintain clear and consistent project status trackers to monitor various progress of localization tasks and bandwidth/pipeline for translators
- Share weekly translation status, plan and progress updates with the manager and team
- Share feedback from the internal team to freelance translators.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal team members and external stakeholders
- (freelancers, localization vendors) to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in the current process and propose solutions by setting up/improving SOPs and leveraging auto-translation tool(s) like WPML, Lokalize
- Localize blogs on WordPress and set them on the staging website for the weekly push.
- Monitoring the metrics for assessment of localization quality and processes
About You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated and independent individual with a keen interest in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
