About the Role:
PriceLabs is a fully remote, global organization with a team of approximately 250 people. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to align our people initiatives with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in partnering with business functions, strong interpersonal skills, experience with a global workforce, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first organization.
Key Areas of Focus
Fully Remote: Develop remote-specific and globally applicable strategies that foster employee engagement and strengthen our company culture, even without physical interactions. Examples include:
- Creating and managing remote work policies
- Developing programs to enhance engagement and connection among remote employees
- Ensuring smooth, structured onboarding for new hires
- Establishing clear communication guidelines
Global: Design and implement strategies that respect and leverage diverse cultures, countries, and time zones. Examples include:
- Navigating local employment laws across jurisdictions and managing a range of contractor relationships
- Leading cultural training programs to enhance team cohesion
- Rolling out localized and organization-wide engagement initiatives to boost morale
Organization: Build and maintain a profitable, resilient organization. Examples include:
- Supporting employees’ operational needs, from handling grievances to ensuring documentation requirements are met
- Creating performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture
- Developing talent programs to grow leaders from within
- Structuring job levels and functional roles to balance autonomy within a flat organization structure
About you:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a global organization
- Proven experience working with high-growth technology teams in a remote setting
- Experience reporting directly to C-suite or senior leadership in previous roles and strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills and comfort with technology and analytics
- Ability to build rapport across all levels, from new hires to senior leadership
Desired Experience and Qualities:
- Background in SaaS organizations with employee counts between 100 and 500
- Passion for creating strong organizational cultures and exceptional employee experiences in a remote setup
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
