PriceLabs is looking for a Demand Generation Leader to join our Marketing team and spearhead our customer acquisition initiatives (inbound and outbound). You’ll be responsible for generating a pipeline for a free trial (PLG) motion as well as a sales-led motion.
We are open to Individuals who reside in India or Europe for this position.
About the Role:
We are looking for a senior leader who has seen a variety of marketing models and can conceptualize and execute campaigns. We are not looking for someone who is looking to do what worked at their last company. You should creatively and iteratively solve for growth.
You will lead a team of demand gen marketers, and create strategy and program in collaboration with other marketing leaders and sales teams.
We are looking for a results-driven leader, who is data-savvy, understands modern tech stacks, and isn’t afraid to take risks to drive growth and fail sometimes.
What you’ll do:
1. Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Optimize channel strategy to drive growth
- Create international programs to drive global growth
2. Analytics and Reporting
- Create a culture of reporting success and misses, and iterating continuously.
- Use data as the backbone to understand marketing programs' performance. The ability to write SQL queries to quickly access and dissect data would be a big plus.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators and ROI to stakeholders.
Channels you’d be responsible for:
- Performance Marketing:
- Develop and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, and TikTok/
- Allocate budget, and optimize ad spend and ROI across various digital channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Outbound Marketing
- Design and execute effective cold email campaigns and direct mail initiatives.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
- Offline Marketing
- Create and manage direct mail campaigns to complement digital marketing efforts.
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives.
- Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop and implement nurture email workflows based on behavioral data, demographics, and product usage, to convert leads into paying customers.
- Create personalized customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Email Operations
- Oversee the development and maintenance of cold email infrastructure.
- Implement best practices to ensure high email deliverability rates.
- Manage marketing automation tools and cold CRM systems.
- Website Operations
- Oversee the management and deployment of our WordPress website.
- Collaborate with the web development team to optimize site performance and user experience.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation with a track record of driving over 10M+ in New ARR growth for multiple years
- You have been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, outbound marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong technical prowess, and experience working with modern tech marketing stack
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and skill to derive insights from complex data sets; Working with SQL is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, and can balance results, speed and team dynamics.
- A learning mindset and a want to be at the bleeding edge of marketing
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
